"Expect everything
Except the
Expected"
sounds catchy only at the first glance.
Two reasons why it's not so cool are 1) too meany "ex"'s and 2) takes more then 1 millisecond to get what you're trying to say.
I'd replace it with a litt more cliche "Expect the unexpected" - it's shorter and more straightforward. And in essence it's exactly what you're trying to say without extra periphrasing it at the expense of coolness.
